It was the first time I had made an order of that size over 5000 pieces. Not knowing the process, procedure and turn around time, the staff at Music Lane were very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Their prices where lower than the other companies I looked at which just made my decision easier. Price isn't always the most important factor for me. It was their knowledge of the process, knowing the product and overall attitude and kindness that made my choice. In the end I recieved my product days before the actual turnaround time, which made me happy and made my client happy. I will not have to shop around on my next project Music Lane will be my only stop.
